Did You Know? Education

When a club pays International dues for each of its members -- those funds support, develop and operate the programs and initiatives that keep the Kiwanis family serving and growing. Funds from dues are utilized for the betterment of the Kiwanis family -- 29% towards support of membership; 21% for operations/depreciation; 14% for marketing/communications; 13% for governance; 12% for Regional Service Centers; 10% for Sponsored programs and the remainder for miscellaneous support.

- Spring Concert - May 18.

- Special Meetings -- March 5 -- Governor Mark Warner will speak to the Club and March 12 -- Juan "Ito" Torres, Kiwanis International President will attend and speak at our meeting. Also in attendance will be District Governor (Dan Warren) and the Division Lt. Governor (Carla Morin). Please plan to be present.

- Stephanie Passman, a junior at Walsingham Academy has been elected to serve as this next year's Lt. Gov. of our Key Club division.

-Tarra DiSchiullo, W&M, has been elected to a position of Circle K International Trustee for this next year.

- Key Club and Circle K Yard Sale -- April 12 -- at the Williamsburg Pottery. Tom French has the details if you would like to donate items.
