Speakers:   Eric Weaver
            
 

Eric is a member of this club -- and today is his birthday.  He is an accomplished international executive with success in global business promotion and advocacy.  Eric has a top secret security clearance and is fluent in Spanish and Italian with a working knowledge of Russian and Arabic.  He is a former Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs in the US Embassy in Rome and served in a number of positions with the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State in Washington, D.C., Moscow, Honduras, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.  Eric has an undergraduate degree from The American University and Masters from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Education -- Kiwanis International Foundation - Part 2 of 5:  Kiwanis International mailed 5,000 surveys to U.S. members and received 1792 responses, with the following results:  When asked what they like best about the Kiwanis experience, members responded in this order:
Fellowship;  Local service;  Meetings;  Travel opportunities;  Being a member of an international organization.
