Speaker:   Delegate Bob McDonnell

Bob McDonnell has represented the 84th District of Virginia in the House of Delegates since 1992.  In addition to serving as Assistant Majority Leader in the House, he is Chairman of the Courts of Justice Committee, and serves on the Committees on Health, Welfare and Institutions, and Commerce and Labor.  Prior to being elected to the House of Delegates, McDonnell served as a criminal prosecutor in the Virginia Beach Commonwealth's Attorneys office. He holds an undergraduate degree in Management, Masters degrees in Business Administration and Public Policy, and the Juris Doctorate degree. McDonnell served 21 years in the U.S. Army, both active duty and reserves, and retired as a Lt. Colonel. Currently, he is a partner at the law firm of Huff, Poole & Mahoney, P.C. He is married with five children, ages 11-22.
He is currently seeking the Republican nomination for Virginia Attorney General.

The plan defines Kiwanis’ core purpose: "to improve lives through fellowship in service worldwide." Through the next three to five years, Kiwanis will strive to achieve five goals, each with a set of strategic objectives.
